The Annexe
THE ANNEXE is a two level apartment suitable for a couple. It sleeps two in the large double bedroom on the first floor.
The rest of the accommodation is on the ground floor. There is an open plan lounge which is compact but comfortable and has a colour television with Freeview satellite system and DVD player. The Dining kitchen along with a small bathroom which is off the entrance porch. This has a full size bath, electric shower above and toilet and wash hand basin.
Plans for full central heating are top of the 'to do' list, replacing the electric panel heaters. All costs for heating are included in the price also use of the Laundry facilities are available at no charge.
